First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire.

Duration - 13 weeks
Shift - Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours - Not provided
 

 

Pay Breakdown:


W2 (taxable): $24/hr
Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1385/week
Gross Weekly Pay: $2249/week

 

Requirements:


Experience Required - Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
Certification Required - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
License Required - Active New Hampshire or Compact RN License

 

Additional Requirements:

  • High-acuity Med Surg/Telemetry unit
  • 20-bed unit
  • Patient ratios: 1:5, sometimes 1:6
  • Holiday coverage required
  • Patient population includes PNA, COPD exacerbation, GI bleeds, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end-of-life care, and wounds
  • Cerner experience preferred, not required
  • Must pass an Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam with a preferred score of 80% during onboarding
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Local candidates accepted; local rate applies within 50 miles
  • RTO must be included at submission
  • NURSYS report and verification of all active RN licenses required
  • Driver's license with address matching demographics required
  • Skills checklist matching specialty required
  • NIHSS required prior to start
  • May be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin
