Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,325 per week in Concord, NH

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry & Stepdown Units Duration: Travel Position Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years in nursing with a focus on Telemetry, Stepdown, or Med-Surg experience License: Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission Certifications: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of relevant experience and documents travel experience - Skills checklist matching specialty - Driver's license with address matching demographics - NURSYS report for license verification - RTO must be included at time of submission - Current EMR experience preferred: Cerner preferred, but not required - Dysrhythmia exam with a preferred score of 80% Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel position in Telemetry and Stepdown Units. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on Telemetry or Med-Surg. Experience in a Critical Care environment is also welcomed as long as the candidate is fluent with Med-Surg ratios and acuity levels. The role may require floating to other specified facilities. Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in essential nursing skills and undergo a Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding.
