Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,336 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Telemetry Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: 2 years minimum License: Must have an active nursing license Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required Must-Have: Candidates will float to all medical units, including renal, oncology, and neuro. Description: The Registered Nurse in this role will provide care in a float capacity, supporting various medical units. Ratios for patient care will be 1:5-6 for days and weekends and 1:6 for nights. This position requires flexibility to float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units. Workers are expected to adhere to weekend requirements of every other weekend or a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, along with holiday rotation obligations. First-time travelers will be accepted for this position. Candidates must be able to manage telemetry and IV starts, as well as possess essential nursing skills. Experience with central line care, telemetry, and management of dysrhythmias is required. Training will be provided for specific equipment such as lift devices and bladder scanners. All travelers will float within the service line as needed.
