TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401!

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to a primarily Medical Surgical population, including observation patients, surgical patients, and surgical observation cases
Manage patients with respiratory conditions, diabetes (including new diabetics and those with complications), palliative, end-of-life, and hospice needs
Care for patients requiring psychiatric observation as appropriate to unit scope
Document and manage patient records using EPIC electronic health record system
Float to other facility campuses as needed based on staffing requirements
Complete unit-based orientation modules as assigned during onboarding
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts permitted; study materials not provided)
EPIC electronic health record experience required
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted); current driver's license required for address verification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience as a Charge RN
