Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,930 per week in Anderson, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Nursing license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: First-time travelers accepted Weekend requirements every other weekend Must float to other medical-surgical units as needed Pending licenses accepted, but must obtain prior to starting Description: Position in a post-surgical medical-surgical unit. Ratios are 1:6. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with a charting system is required. Experience with Epic is desired. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 22 patients. The unit has 28 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes various teams. Patient diagnoses may include a variety of medical-surgical conditions. Candidates will be part of a resource pool, floating between medical-surgical and telemetry units. Modules will need to be completed prior to starting. Modules are non-billable and require approximately 2 hours to complete.
