Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and independent Med Surg Travel Registered Nurse in Santa Fe, NM. This role requires a competent nurse who can provide both routine and complex care, with the ability to manage clinical situations and delegate tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor for side effects and effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- BLS Certification via AHA required
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
