The NICU operates as a Level 3 unit with 34 beds and provides care for critically ill newborns.
Patient ratios vary between 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 depending on patient acuity.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate and have strong communication skills.
Flexibility is required, as there may be a need to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility.
This position may require participation in weekend call coverage.
