Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Deliver care in accordance with professional standards, state regulations, and organizational mission
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes across the continuum of care
- Monitor and document patient status, responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving high standards of patient access, clinical quality, and service excellence
Required Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Hospital experience within the past 5 years
