Provide specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients across assigned units
Utilize the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — in accordance with professional standards and state regulations
Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of no more than 6:1 to ensure quality, individualized patient care
Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care experience
Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to positively impact patient outcomes daily
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
Familiarity with care delivery across medical and surgical patient populations
