Key Responsibilities- Provide specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients across assigned units
- Utilize the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — in accordance with professional standards and state regulations
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of no more than 6:1 to ensure quality, individualized patient care
- Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care experience
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to positively impact patient outcomes daily
Required Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
- Familiarity with care delivery across medical and surgical patient populations
