Key Responsibilities
Develop and update individualized plans of care through patient and family interviews, health record review, and discharge planning, incorporating cultural, religious, physical, and psychosocial needs.
Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation support.
Initiate appropriate emergency measures, including resuscitative actions in the event of cardiac or respiratory arrest, when a physician is not immediately available.
Plan, provide, and document patient and family education on preventative, curative, and rehabilitative measures, accounting for learning needs, styles, barriers, and readiness.
Provide oversight, delegation, and technical guidance to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel in assigned or delegated tasks.
Record observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and coordinated activities; evaluate and document patient progress toward care outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Active Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact RN license.
Minimum of 3 years of registered nursing experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
Ability to work with pediatric patients.
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements including background check and drug screen; ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and commitment to professional, ethical, and legal nursing standards.
