    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Seattle, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level III or Level IV NICU, supporting neonates as early as 23–24 weeks gestation
    • Operate and monitor advanced respiratory support equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, and conventional Vents
    • Administer blood and blood products, manage PICC/Central Lines, syringe pumps, and feeding tubes
    • Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgical cases as needed
    • Perform cooling/warming blanket therapy and cardioversion/defibrillation as required
    • Float occasionally to other campuses or units, providing care for newborns and infants only when floated
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license accepted
    • Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience
    • Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
    • Proficiency with advanced neonatal respiratory support equipment (CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Vents, Oscillators)
    • Experience with blood/blood product administration, PICC/Central Lines, and syringe pumps
    • Willingness to float to different campuses as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience attending high-risk deliveries and supporting neonatal surgical cases
    • Familiarity with cooling/warming blanket therapy and cardioversion/defibrillation in the neonatal population
    • Comfort working in a high-census, fast-paced NICU environment
