Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $1,576 per week in Dallas, TX

# Job Opportunity – Oncology Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: September 22, 2026

Location: Dallas, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Standard 8-hour shifts (day or night shift available) with rotating weekends; patient ratio 1:3-4, may flex to 1:5; no on-call required

• 21-bed Oncology unit with current census ranging from 8-12 patients, allowing for focused patient care
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurse, RN staff, and patient care technician support on each shift
• Meditech EMR system with Baxter pump technology
• Opportunity to float to Hematology-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant units for expanded experience
• Structured protocols including neutropenic precautions, CHG baths, and evidence-based infection prevention measures
• Tuesday orientation start date

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Oncology nursing experience required
• Hematology-Oncology background preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with blood and electrolyte replacement procedures
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient-focused approach
