Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $2,855 per week in San Diego, CA

Job Title: Oncology RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 AM to 05:00 PM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: BLS Certifications: ONS Certification, ACLS Description: This is a hybrid role in an outpatient oncology clinic. The RN will support bone marrow procedures two days per week. On the remaining days, the RN will provide direct patient care in an infusion center. The role involves processing specimens by placing them into appropriate containers. The RN will prepare slides and complete the required paperwork. All specimens must be delivered to the pathology lab. The RN will not manage the patient during sedation, as that will be handled by another RN. Previous experience in chemotherapy is required. This position may require floating to different facilities based on needs. Skills-based hiring is enabled for this position.
