The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, primarily supporting complex surgical procedures across various specialties. This position requires expertise in Orthopedic, Urology, Spine, and Robotic surgeries, ensuring comprehensive patient care throughout the perioperative phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, mental, and spiritual needs during the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons regarding surgical procedures and care.
• Utilize advanced nursing clinical judgment to recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition.
