The nurse will work in a fast-paced operating room environment. The role involves supporting surgical teams and ensuring patient safety. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessments and developing nursing care plans. They will assist with surgical procedures and maintain sterile conditions in the operating room. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team are essential. Experience in a Trauma Level 1 environment is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be open to learning new skills as needed.
