Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,497 per week in Anchorage, AK

Job Opportunity – Travel Operating Room RN – Alaska

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), weekends included; on-call required averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 8-week period

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic 11-OR facility
• Specialized case mix including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and Xi robotic procedures (GYN, colorectal, general)
• 1:1 patient ratio with collaborative team of RNs, scrub techs, and surgical support staff
• Epic EMR system with variety of modern OR beds and equipment
• Exposure to orthopedics, neurosurgery, and advanced robotic surgical techniques
• Scrubs provided by facility

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license (required for submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Experience as a circulator with patient advocacy skills
• Background in orthopedics, total joints, neurosurgery, and robotics
• Scrub experience and CNOR certification preferred
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
