Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,646 per week in Eureka, CA

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:30 - 15:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid California RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with charting system (Epic) Description: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the operating room. This position involves working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. A well-rounded skill set in various surgical procedures is preferred, including vascular, robotic, and neuro experiences. Candidates should be willing to float to adjacent facilities as needed. The daily case load is approximately 30 cases per day in an 8-room operating suite. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and willingness to cover calls as directed to meet department needs. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of clinical best practices and protocols. All candidates must provide two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years prior to starting.
