Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,767 per week in Williston, ND

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours, Monday to Thursday, 0700-1700, on call as needed Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: General knowledge in surgical cases. Strong work ethic and willingness to help others. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Description: The department includes two surgical suites. The average number of cases performed daily is nine. Common cases include adults and pediatrics in General, Client, and Orthopedics. No clinical involvement is required. Scrubbing is not required for RNs. There is a manager/charge nurse on each shift, who does take an assignment. Operating room technicians are available. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with no self-scheduling or block scheduling allowed. Weeknight call is required as needed, with 24-hour coverage. Weekend call is also required as needed from 1530 to 0700. Call response time is 15 minutes. Holiday availability is required. Floating to other units or departments is not required. Scrubs will be provided by the facility and the dress code is blue. The orientation includes five shifts. Only candidates within a specified radius will be considered. Additional time off requests must be provided upfront, as further requests will not be approved. The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to four shifts during the assignment. The trauma level is CAH. The care setting is acute. The division is nursing.
