Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Salisbury, Maryland. This position offers $33.00-$52.80 per hour with a schedule of 3x12-hour day shifts and is ideal for an RN experienced in perioperative nursing who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality surgical care.

Key Responsibilities
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain a safe operating room environment
- Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process
- Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all perioperative care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Previous operating room or perioperative experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
