Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote patient health and a safe environment
- Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and identify adjustments needed to meet patient goals
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver safe, compassionate care
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and provide health education to patients and families
- Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in the Operating Room or relevant clinical field
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior acute care facility experience
