Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a high-volume Operating Room environment
- Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Trauma, Orthopedic, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic procedures
- Assist with robotic-assisted surgical cases as part of the surgical services team
- Accurately document patient care and clinical data using the Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of Operating Room (OR) RN experience
- Active Virginia State RN License or valid Compact License
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Exposure to multiple surgical specialties including Thoracic, Vascular, and Bariatrics
