Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Open Hours per Shift: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Experience in Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery - Strong clinical experience preferred - Travel experience is preferred Description: The position requires expertise in various cardiac surgery cases, including CABG, valve repair/replacement (both open and robotic), ECMO, and transplant. The role also includes thoracic surgery, encompassing robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures such as lung resection, VATS, esophagostomy (open and robotic), POEM, hiatal hernia repair, mediport insertion, EGD, and stenting of GI and respiratory systems.
