Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Springfield, Oregon. This role involves providing high-quality surgical nursing care within a Level II Trauma Center, supporting a variety of complex surgical procedures across multiple specialties including trauma, neuro, orthopedic, vascular, gynecologic, and robotic surgeries. The position starts on August 31, 2026, with an orientation schedule that includes bi-weekly sessions. The RN must be adaptable to a busy surgical environment and comfortable working in a high-acuity setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Days, 10 hours each, minimum 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: 2 years of trauma experience, 2 years of level 1-2 orthopedic experience (including total joints), 2 years of level 2 neuro experience (including crani-spine), experience in general trauma, vascular, endovascular/hybrid, gynecologic/urologic, ENT, plastics, eyes, robotics, plus well-rounded experience in all specialties. Must have Epic electronic charting experience within the last year. Valid BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS strongly preferred
  • Additional Information: Candidate must be very comfortable in a level 2 trauma environment, with experience performing high acuity ortho, neuro, and general cases. DaVinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems experience is required, with proficiency in laparoscopic cases and DaVinci Robotics. RTO restrictions do not apply; candidates must be willing to float within scope as needed and have active Washington state licenses or permission to obtain one. References from the past two years are required, including at least one from a supervisor.
