Job Title: RN - CFH Ortho IP

Job Summary: The RN - CFH Ortho IP is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to ortho and medical/surgical patients. This includes performing initial assessments, developing and implementing care plans, educating patients on wound care, mobility, self-care, medication management, and care transition needs. The role involves coordinating with physician and surgeon partners, delegating tasks to HCT staff, and managing wound appliances such as wound vacs, drains, and other devices. The RN ensures accurate documentation, patient safety, and professional development while fulfilling departmental competencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience
• ASN degree
• Illinois state RN License in good standing
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree
