Job Details

- Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid Virginia State License or Compact License, at least 2 years of experience in Pre-Operative, Post-Operative, and PACU nursing, Epic electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with titrating drips, TAVR, and procedural care across cardiac and other specialties
- Float: Float rotation may be required to sister units as needed for staffing support
- Additional Information: This position involves working in an on-campus surgery center with a 16-bed unit serving geriatrics and other patient populations. The role includes providing care during various shifts, participating in holiday coverage, and adhering to the facilitys dress code. The unit offers a dynamic environment, focusing on high-quality patient care and teamwork.
