Job Summary:
Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Kansas City, Missouri. The position requires adaptability to float across units and adherence to clinical and operational standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, at least 2 years of previous experience, including charge and teaching hospital experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, past community hospital experience, and familiarity with MS/Tele and telemetry units.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within scope to meet facility needs, including care for inpatient holds across units.
• Additional Information: Assignments include holiday shifts and charge RN duties as needed. Candidates must be willing to work a combination of day, evening, or night shifts as scheduled. Minimum RTO restrictions are 7 days. Guaranteed hours are 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
• Compliance and Submission: All documentation and compliance modules are due 2 Fridays before the start date, including modules and training requirements such as EPIC, infusion pumps, and glucometer training.
