### Join Our Progressive Care Unit Team!
**Job Description:**
- Work as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Provide high-quality care to patients requiring moderate monitoring and intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize advanced assessment and clinical skills to monitor patient status and respond to changes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Manage complex medical and surgical conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both patients and fellow team members.
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 06:30).
