Job Title: Registered Nurse Pediatric CICU
Location: Houston, TX
Available Shift: Nights
Hourly Pay Range: $42.03 - $65.10 (based on years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $4/Hour Nights & $2/Hour Weekends
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 2:1
Job Summary:
- You will perform direct patient care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on the critically ill patient with Congenital Heart Disease and/or Surgery.
- You will organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care. This plan will be individualized, family centered and holistic.
- You will maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
- You will participate in CHSU initiatives and process improvement.
- You will incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
