- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric OR experience
- No background or license hits
- Pending license accepted for submittal only if application date and application number are provided
Description:
Must have 2+ years of Pediatric OR experience.
Four 10-hour shifts per week required.
Absolutely no background or license hits, with no exemptions accepted.
Pending licenses will be accepted for submittal ONLY if the applicant provides the date of application and application number.
The license must be issued prior to the start date.
The offered start date is contingent upon the date of the application.
If offered with a pending license, the license must be issued before the start date.
If offered and accepted, a photo is required upon signing.
Guidelines for photos include being a current image (recommended within the last 3 years) with a plain background.
The photo should be facing forward with a full face frame, cropped from just above the head to the collarbone.
No hats, sunglasses, or other people should be in the frame, although exceptions for religious head coverings can be made.
The photo must be high resolution and in color.
Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatrics.
Daily census is approximately 65 patients.
Required skills include knowledge of various surgical procedures involving pediatric patients.
Additional unit information includes interdisciplinary support teams for various patient care needs.
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
Must adhere to compliance requirements prior to starting.
Proper documentation is necessary, with no pending items allowed.
Return travelers must have been separated from previous assignments for at least one year.
Pre-start modules must be completed prior to orientation.
