Travel Nurse RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op - $2,486 per week in Santa Fe, NM

**Dynamic RN Opportunity in PACU – Days Shift!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) - Work schedule: - 4, 10-hour rotating shifts - Days from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM - Requirements: - Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via AHA - Weekend Requirement: - 2 weekends of 12-hour shifts each month - On-call one night per week - Floating Requirement: - Must be comfortable floating within surgical services - EMR System: - Utilize EPIC for patient documentation - Dress Code: - Graphite Gray Scrubs **Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality patient care consistent with unit standards - Perform initial assessments and prioritize according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs - Systematically re-assess patients to monitor progress and identify trends - Develop and implement individualized care plans within established time frames - Make informed nursing decisions and modify care plans based on patient evaluations - Engage in health education and discharge planning with patients and families - Document interventions accurately and timely - Perform various Point of Care testing procedures **Requirements:** - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served - Strong communicator who respects patients' rights in care delivery - Open to newly hired nurses with less than two years of experience, with potential for higher clinical ladder status based on relevant experience **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
