Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,218 per week in Farmington, NM

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiology and IMC Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year preferred, 2 years in IMC or Cardiology preferred License: RN License Certifications: BLS & ACLS (must be from American Heart Association) Must-Have: Cardiology or IMC experience Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiology and Intermediate Care. The position requires nursing skills in a unit caring for adult to geriatric patients. The facility features a 24-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 4-5 patients during night shifts for IMC patients. Day shift ratios include 1 RN to 3 patients for active titrating drips. Common diagnoses include STEMI, Non-STEMI, stroke, post-cath, and ETOH. Normal floating to other units as needed is expected. Equipment includes standard cardiology monitoring equipment, IV pumps, and crash carts. The electronic health record system used is Cerner.
