Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU
Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements of the RN - PCU
Active NH or Compact RN license
BLS & ACLS certifications
2+ years of PCU/Stepdown experience
Experience with EMR systems preferred, Cerner experience is a plus
