Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,380 per week in Kearney, NE

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Tele Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days EOW Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU/Telemetry experience License: Active RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: PCU/Telemetry experience Experience with post-cath lab patients Description: The position requires the ability to float to other units as needed. Weekend work is required every other weekend if needed. Floating to Med Surg may be required if necessary. Floating to ICU is only for PCU patients status. There are 21 beds in the unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4. The candidate must possess skills and experience in PCU/Telemetry nursing. The cancellation policy allows for a two-week notice, with the option to call off up to 48 hours prior. The charting system used is EPIC. Candidates should be prepared for potential mandatory extra shifts, up to two per six-week period. This role is critical for providing excellent patient care in an acute care setting.
