Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU
Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements of the RN - PCU
Current RN license
1 year of recent PCU experience
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Availability for orientation from Monday to Friday
Must work at least 1 shift per month to remain compliant
