Schedule: 4x12 Night Shift, guaranteed 60 hours per two-week period

Work in a progressive stepdown unit with diverse patient populations including cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and complex medical-surgical cases
Innovative Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios supported by virtual RNs and CNAs
Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
Free parking provided; scrubs supplied by facility
Opportunity to gain experience with advanced cardiac procedures, high-flow oxygen therapy, BIPAP, and specialized patient populations
Requirements:
Active Alaska RN license (compact license accepted; pending licenses considered but must be finalized for offer acceptance)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with 1:4 patient ratios preferred
Epic charting experience required
Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, vasoactive and cardiac drip management, central line care, BiPAP/CPAP management, and high-flow nasal cannula
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Willingness to float to lower acuity units, renal care, neurology, and medical-surgical units as needed
Availability to work weekends as scheduled based on staffing needs
Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
