Job Title: Registered NurseProfession: RNSpecialty: RehabilitationDuration: 13 weeksShift: NightHours per Shift: 12Experience: 2+ yearsLicense: Active RN license requiredCertifications: BLSMust-Have: Advanced skills requiredDescription:We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our rehabilitation team.Our facility offers a full continuum of post-acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.We provide personalized care to help each patient live a rewarding life.Our inpatient facility is designed for acute rehabilitation, equipped for a range of conditions from strokes to traumatic brain injuries.We offer various rehabilitation programs and therapies, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients.The nursing unit consists of 65 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5-6.Certified Nursing Assistants are available on all shifts, alongside dedicated unit secretaries.The unit is equipped with essential tools including IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts, and transfer equipment.We use a Meditech documentation system for efficient record-keeping.Nurses work in a supportive environment with no floating between units.Candidates with experience in med-surg, rehab, or similar settings are preferred.Dress code includes navy scrubs with white tops.Our facility is known for its attractive setting and friendly staff.Located in a beautiful mountain area, we offer a range of activities for leisure during off-duty time.Join us in providing exceptional care every day!
