Job Details

  • Shift Schedule: Rotating shift hours, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Current New Hampshire RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Basic Dysrhythmia certification or coursework completed prior to orientation completion; Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training obtained before orientation completion; up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation.
  • Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations strategic plan and unit-specific quality indicators.
  • Participates in safety huddles and performance improvement activities.
  • Serves as preceptor for new nurses and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintains current nursing licensure and certifications; completes all procedural and clinical documentation accurately.
  • Other duties consistent with the clinical role, including entering orders for lab tests and updating providers on patient care.
