Stepdown / Progressive Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
    • Weekend & On-Call Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) coverage required; no on-call required.
    • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position | Start Date: 10/12/2026.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN experience required [HARDSTOP].
  • Telemetry Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency in telemetry strip interpretation and cardiac monitoring strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Cerner EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Michigan State RN License MUST BE ACTIVE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - BOTH REQUIRED]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
