Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Med-Surg experience required.
- Stepdown experience and skillset required.
- Active RN State License or Compact License.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- BSN preferred.
- Epic charting experience preferred.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
- Pending license accepted at submission; active license must be in hand before start.

Additional Requirements
- RTO must be submitted with the application.
- Minimum 50-mile radius for travel candidates.
- Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate.
- Previous facility employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning as travelers.
- Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted.
- COVID-19 vaccine not required.
- Modules are non-billable and completed during orientation.
Ideal Candidate: Med-Surg RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience and strong Stepdown/Telemetry skills. Must be comfortable managing complex adult and geriatric patients, including cardiac monitoring, stroke care, postoperative patients, orthopedic cases, and IV medication protocols.
