NOW HIRING: RN – IMCU / PCU Step Down

Facility: Abrazo Arrowhead Campus – Tenet Healthcare
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
⏰ Schedule: 36 hours/week
Contract: 12–14 weeks
️ Start Date: Nov 1st week
‍⚕️ Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

WEEKLY PAY PACKAGE

• Weekly Base Pay: $929.16
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,393.00
• Total Weekly Compensation: $2,322.16

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to intermediate care and progressive care patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and clinical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Recognize changes in patient status and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.

✅ Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of IMCU, PCU, or StepDown nursing experience.
• Ability to provide safe, high-quality care to medically complex patients.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
