Job Description

  • Provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while maintaining patient safety standards.
  • Coordinates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitors and interprets patient conditions and communicates changes to the medical team.
  • Maintains accurate patient documentation.
  • Advocates for patients and coordinates discharge planning to support a safe transition from hospital to home.

License: Active Maryland RN license required before hire. BLS: Required within 30 days of hire; AHA or American Red Cross accepted. ACLS: Preferred; AHA or American Red Cross accepted. PALS: Preferred; AHA or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing, or required professional licensure at time of hire.
