First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Houston, Texas.
Daily Parking is $15+/day. Multiple options for on/off campus garages and lots ranging from $95 - $120 for monthly parking pass. 6CooleyB is supposed to be the PCU/RTAU that can handle drips like insulin drips and anti-coagulation drips, including heparin and angiomax. 1-3 ratio. Meanwhile, our patients in 6CooleyB are all positive candida Auris combinations with both PCu and acute care patients, we also handle LVAD patients that have candida auris. ( they are providing us with an LVAD nurse either acute care/critical care) as our PCU RNs were not trained with LVAD ) 1-3 ratio. Patient populations, patients on vent, bedbound, long wait for discharge to LTAC/SNF/home. The patient is mostly awake and alert, constantly asking for pain medication or whatever they need. We need nurses who are compassionate, caring, and patient. RN's need to be open to Floating! Busy/Large Level 1 Trauma Candidates need to be flexible on scheduling - no self scheduling EOW required EPIC required Successful placements here have 3+ years exp, pervious travel exp. and have worked in a very busy hospital in the past.
