Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a contract opportunity in Evanston, IL. This day-shift position is ideal for an RN with strong Stroke/Neuro and surgical experience who is comfortable caring for a diverse acute-care patient population.
Position Details
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Specialty: Telemetry – Neuro/Surgical
- Shift: 12-hour Day shifts
- Start Date: Within 2 weeks of offer
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: As needed
- On-Call: None
- Floating: Yes – first to float as needed to like units
Requirements
- 2+ years of Stroke/Neuro experience required
- Active Illinois RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Passing EKG test required with submission and must be included in candidate profile
Unit Highlights
- Neuro/Surgical Telemetry patient population
- Neuro surgery, including craniotomy procedures
- Additional surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Urology patients and procedures involving the bladder, prostate, and kidneys
- Small orthopedic patient population
