Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
- Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
- Provide care within a Stroke Certified hospital environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or compact eligibility
- Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
- Familiarity with stroke care protocols and stroke-certified facility standards
- Experience with clinical staff supervision and resource management
