Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Telemetry / 12-Hour Nights

Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient Medical-Surgical care across a 12-bed unit, managing a patient population that includes Stroke, MI, Trauma, and all-diagnosis cases at an intermediate care level
- Deliver care utilizing a team nursing approach in collaboration with Respiratory Therapy and Imaging
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:4-6 on the Medical-Surgical unit
- Support outpatient infusion services as part of the unit's scope
- Participate in rotating holiday assignments and weekend rotation as part of the full team schedule
- Document accurately using EPIC and Space Lab charting systems
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the South Dakota Board of Nursing (or compact eligibility)
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (combination of ED and Medical-Surgical experience considered)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Proficiency with EPIC (required)
- Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- CPI certification preferred
- Experience working within a team nursing model alongside RT and Imaging professionals
- Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers considered on a case-by-case basis based on interview and fit)
