Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic statuses for patients with critical or life-threatening illness
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and telemetry-approved drips
• Recognize and assist patients experiencing shock or other life-threatening complications
• Assist with emergency and elective cardioversions as well as the insertion of temporary pacemakers
• Provide care across a range of patient populations including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Communicate and collaborate effectively on an interdisciplinary level, adapting interactions to each patient's intellectual level and physical ability

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in telemetry nursing or a related critical care setting
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and hemodynamic monitoring
• Ability to recognize and respond to emergency cardiac events

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience assisting with cardioversions and temporary pacemaker insertion
• Experience caring for diverse patient populations including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Familiarity with telemetry-approved drip protocols and cardiac medication administration
