**Join Our Dynamic Transplant Services Team as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information: Abdominal - Liver, Kidney, & Pancreas Transplant Services** - **Location: Dallas, Texas** - **Address: 7777 Forest Lane, Dallas, TX 75230** - **Floor: C-240 (Outpatient)** - **General Overview:** - Be part of a fast-paced outpatient environment with a dedicated team of 60-70 staff members. - Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. - Engage in desk work utilizing MediTech and Microsoft applications. - Familiarity with EMR systems: Meditech, TransChart, PatientKeeper. - **Candidate Characteristics:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Willingness to jump in and assist; no prior transplant experience required. - **Preferred Skills:** - Two or more years of transplant experience. - Experience with the United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS). - Familiarity with Organ Procurement Organization (OPO). - **Key Responsibilities:** - Primarily a desk job with needed computer skills. - Potential clinic days for rooming and assessing patients. - Participate in WebEx meetings as needed. - **Ideal Candidate Fit:** - Flexible in patient assignments (pre, waitlist, post solid organ transplant patients). - Maintains a caring and compassionate demeanor while attending to complex patient psychosocial needs. - **Certification Requirements:** - BLS certification is required. - **Dress Code:** - Scrub color: Royal blue scrubs or business casual attire. - **Floating Area(s):** - N/A. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
