Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in transplant care.
The RN will provide care in an ambulatory setting.
Experience in organ transplant is required, with a preference for pediatric and lung transplant experience.
This position will work Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holidays required.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and AHA BLS certification.
The RN will coordinate post-transplant care with the healthcare team.
The role includes monitoring post-transplant patient progress.
Pre-transplant evaluation and assessment are also key responsibilities.
Applicants should have acute hospital experience.
Ability to work independently is essential for this position.
