Job Description:
- Urology nurses assist patients and medical staff with problems related to urinary tract and reproductive organs and processes.
- May administer tests, document vital signs, participate in check-ups, assist with surgeries, and diagnose and treat problems like infections and kidney stones.
- Urology nurses also educate patients and families on illnesses, recovery expectations, and prevention steps.
Qualifications:
- RN License is required
- AHA BLS and ACLS required
- NIHSS is preferred
- Telemetry experience required
- EPIC and EKG testing required
- ADN Required
- Bachelor's preferred
